Thomas Buckles is the owner and founder of Buck Electric. A skilled electrician and dedicated leader, he brings extensive hands-on experience and a strong commitment to quality to every project.

Under his leadership, the company continues to deliver reliable, professional electrical services with integrity and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction across Connecticut.

DAVE MATTY

Having the longest time in the trade, Dave is the most experienced Electrician on the time.

He can easily be described as a father to the team, the backbone of the company, and having the heart of a lion!

If you want someone dedicated to the task at hand, Dave is the one who won’t sleep until the job is done right, and until the client’s is completely satisfied, which shows his embodiment of our core value TENACITY.

Outside or work, Dave is an extremely avid fisherman, focuses time with his son, and has a passion for cooking hearty meals.

ANTHONY FASCI

Anthony is the most recently added member to the Buck team, but you would never be able to tell! Anthony came to us with similar needs as Mason, and with the skill and drive to back it up!

He doesn’t ever fuss in taking on any challenge we throw his way, going above and beyond to be thorough in his work and his organization. In his free time, Anthony also enjoys tinkering with his cars and trucks.

Anthony is a kind soul who gets praise from all of our customers as extremely polite and caring, exemplifying our core value of RESPECT

ANTONY KOCH

Anthony is the youngest, but likely the most versatile component of the team.

It doesn’t matter what crew he is working with, Anthony works well with everyone, asks questions to become engaged and learn, and thinks ahead about what is next to make the job more efficient.

With that said, he projects the mindfulness of TEAMWORK, another core value at Buck Electric. While he may be quiet and calculated at work, we think Anthony is a popular dude outside of work!

MASON BEDARD

Mason was the first employee of Buck Electric, and has since returned before becoming a Journeyman Electrician because his vision and needs were more aligned with the company and the culture.

Mason is one of our best problem-solvers and has the most versatile experience, having years in industrial/commercial experience as well as the residential side.

Mason enjoys building and repairing diesel trucks as well as hunting and fishing on the side. To stick him to one core value is hard, but he excels in the value of INTEGRITY
